All City parks and playgrounds are maintained by the City of Salamanca DPW. With the exception of the field areas of Veteran’s Memorial Park (see below). For special event use of the parks please contact the City Clerk’s Office for request forms to be submitted to the Recreation Commission.
Salamanca has many playgrounds with updated equipment. They can be found at South Avenue (Youth Center), Highland Avenue, Erie Street, School Street, River Street, Elm/East State Street and Pine Street (next to Fire Station)
The Salamanca City Central School District also has facilities at Veterans Park (Broad St/Iroquois Drive), Seneca School (Fern Avenue) and Prospect Elementary School. |
